Stress Management & Panic Attacks

Stress affects all of us throughout our lives to varying degrees at different times, we all need to experience some levels of stress so that we can learn what a balanced state feels like and why it is preferable for a healthy life. Problems arise when our psychological and physical coping mechanisms become strained or impracticle and unable to bring us back to levels we consider normal for us.
I teach self-hypnosis first and foremost to all my patients as it is the single most useful tool to deal with stress. Whether in the working environment, within relationship, alone or together with your thoughts, an enhanced ability to relax your mind and body at the same time on command, throughout your day will repay you huge dividends.
With daily practice, your level of self-confidence, control of energy projection, will-power and ability to control your environment will increase, so that you will know without doubt, it is your secret allay in dealing with modern day living.
A panic attack occurs when a present situation triggers bottled emotion in the subconscious mind, they can be very upsetting and disturbing to a persons life. Symptoms vary but can include:
  • Heart pounding
  • Sweating
  • Fear of losing control
  • Dizziness
  • Hot or cold flushes
  • Nausea
  • Breathing difficulties
  • Chest pains
Even if you don't know where the fear came from you can still undo or remove the limiting thoughts that have been creating your problem. If you feel the time is right to sort out the fear in your life, please give me a call or e-mail me on:
