Weight Loss Hypnosis Treatments

If you change your mind about what food you eat, how often you eat, where and how you eat, your body which is a living system cannot fail to react to those changes. The same is true for excercise, change occurs in direct proportion to the frequency and duration of all these decisions, even the smallest, from the extra pat of butter spread so smoothly you think your body won't notice to supreme effort of going the extra mile when everyone is watching. What is the determining factor in this idea of a "whole new you" actually becoming a reality? Yes, you've got it - belief, not in the result but in your capability to do what is required, a complete acceptance that the blue print plan is a foregone conclusion. All future decisions are rendered easy because they have been held up to the "vision" of the new you, they fall in line without any undue strain on your mind. Remember what was written about beliefs earlier, slippery though they may sometimes appear, we create them with words in the story book of our mind.
Hypnotherapy is not a magic wand, but it works directly with the part of you whose job it is to bring in energy to the system on a daily basis. How this part functions,its cravings and emotions are all part of a story you are spinning in your life right now. Together we can explore the nature of this very important part of you, listen to what it is trying to reveal to you by its behaviour, its impulses and compulsions, and through hypnotherapeutic techniques fundamentally alter habitual eating patterns. Wellness is not something we can take for granted, we get out what we put in, we are responsible for the food that enters our bodies and so when we look in the mirror it is of utmost importance we like what we see, so a new self image is required.
