Clinical hypnotherapy can be used beneficially to break unwanted patterns of behaviour such as nail biting,
thumb sucking, tonque chewing, nervous twitch and stammering amongst others.
It is a totally natural non-invasive way of using our subconscious mind to focus on our natural ability to
help ourselves. Habits are simply a behavioural pattern, if that pattern is broken then the habit is that
much easier to stop.
Our belief system tells us that habits are hard to break, with hypnosis you will be
amazed at just how easy it can actually be. Its like turning off your auto-pilot for a while so you can
regain manual control until a new pattern of thinking and acting takes the place of the old unwanted pattern.
These problems can be resolved and hypnotherapy is probably one of the most effective way for doing so.
